Head’s up–your researched essays on the topics you signed up will be due Feb. 26.  Some of you will be doing your presentations on that day.

We will finish politics in the Gilded Age.

Have the 2nd politics assignment done.  It was described in detail on a handout distributed in class on Tuesday.

We will finish examining the characteristic of the Gilded Age Middle class in class and complete an activity.

We will then do the presentations for Chapter 20.  Everyone should come prepared to do a presentation on their section–including bringing a visual aid.

Finally, we will begin to examine politics in the Gilded Age.  Have answered the political questions (the front and back of the first page of the packet.)  Use the textbook as well as the extra politics notes handout.
